Warranty Conditions
Defect Notification upon Receiving the Product:
The buyer must report any visible defects in writing within seven days of receiving the product; otherwise, the product is considered accepted.
Warranty for Factory Defects:
Breakages that occur during the first training session may be considered as a factory defect.
Examples of Factory Defects:
- The thread of the tip broke off.
- 10-15 cm from the blade's end broke off.
Warranty Limitations:
- Breakages that occur after the first training session are not covered by the warranty.
- Blades that have been stored in improper conditions (e.g., humidity) and show signs of rust are not eligible for exchange.
- Reports of breakages after the first and subsequent training sessions will not be considered for replacement.
Procedure for Replacing a Blade in Case of Factory Defect:
To submit a replacement request, the following materials must be provided:
Photos:
- The base of the blade (both sides).
- The broken part of the blade (both sides).
- Close-up of the breakage point.
- Full view of the blade with the broken part attached (top view).
Video:
- Record a video along the entire length of the blade, showing its edges and current condition.
- Show a close-up of the breakage point.
